Hallelujah!

It's another Sunday.

All churches worldwide would take attendance of their members and visitors today.  It is going to be glorious!

But two questions on our minds as we prepare and get our clothes ready are these; why do people go to church? 
What is the essence of church?? 

Below are some of the reasons why!

1.  People go to church because they are passionate about God, hence they love his house.

2. People go to church because they love calling down fire on their village people and church is a place to do so.

3. People go to church to slay. They just find it is a place where people can admire their clothes

4. People go to church because of their problems. They are tired of seeking solutions elsewhere for their problems

5. People go to church because of the church structure. Some churches building  are invitation cards on their own

6. People go to church for refreshment. Once they are certain item 7 is present, their presence is guaranteed. 

7. People go to church to get jobs. There are no security men or mean secretaries to stop them from accessing those big men they know can give them jobs. 

8. People go to church to find life partners or relationship partners. 100 reasons why you shouldn't date or marry someone in the church with you

9. People go to church to make friends.

10. People go to church to make money. 

11. People go to church to tempt their pastors. This is just pure wickedness

12.  People go to church to get clients. This is especially true for real estates and bank marketers. 

13. People go to church so their neighbours won't judge them

14. People go to church because they have to follow their parents

15. People go to church because it's their family tradition

16. People go to church to charge their phones. They don't have money to power their generators. 

17. People  to church because other people are going to church. 

18.  People go to church to make friends

19. People go to church because of the name of the names of the pastors.

20. People go to church simply because of the praise and worship. After that, they are off! 

21. People go to church because of their problems.

22. People go to church to see something negative to tweet about. 

23. People go to church because they need something spiritual to post online. 

24. People go to church because of the name of the church

25. People go to church because of other people's testimonies. 

26. People go to church to steal! Ha!!! May God make his church too hot for anyone to steal and go away in peace.

27. People go to church to argue and fight. Their other name is area scatter. They just go to church to cause divisions. 

28. People go to church to sell their goods and services.

29. People go to church to make money.

31. People go to church snap pictures. The church background is like Overseas. Let them pepper some people. 

32.  People go to church to clean the church.

33. People go to church to have fun

34. People go to church to spend money. 'let the people know I have it'

34. People go to church because of their cars.

35. People go to church because of their spouse. 'my husband or wife is going, let me accompany him/ her'

36. People go to church because of their children. Some parents have been converted because of their children's faith. 

37. People go to church because no one judges them or condemns them. They feel loved there. When your church does not feel like home

38. People go to church to church to show off

39. People go to church to learn

40! People go to church they in search of 'that particular miracle!!!'. 

The list is inexhaustible! 

Why do/ did you go to church? 

What is the essence of the church? 

Why was the church created? 

Are all these reasons totally wrong?
