           40 reasons people go to church Praise the Lord somebody! Hallelujah! It's another Sunday. All churches worldwide would take attendance of their members and visitors today.  It is going to be glorious! But two questions on our minds as we prepare and get our clothes ready are these; why do people go to church?  What is the essence of church??  Below are some of the reasons why! 1.  People go to church because they are passionate about God, hence they love his house. 2. People go to church because they love calling down fire on their village people and church is a place to do so. 3. People go to church to slay. They just find it is a place where people can admire their clothes 4. People go to church because of their problems. They are tired of seeking solutions elsewhere for their problems 5.
