They even went further to give us steps to guide us in habit formation. Write down your goal, and use the SMART principle. 2. Post that written goal somewhere that will act as a constant reminder 3. Recognize the underlying factors. 4. Aim to change only one habit at a time. 5. Take baby steps, don't try and do it all at once. 6. Repeat, repeat and repeat.
