They even went further to give us steps to guide us in habit formation. According to Ruth Penner in her article titled habit formation on https://www.ihomefitness.com, she explained 6 guidelines for habit formation. They include; 1. Write down your goal, and use the SMART principle. 2. Post that written goal somewhere that will act as a constant reminder 3. Recognize the underlying factors. 4. Aim to change only one habit at a time. 5. Take baby steps, don't try and do it all at once. 6. Repeat, repeat and repeat.
